In December, as part of the project "Vocational guidance. Adaptation. Self-actualisation", the teacher-psychologist of the Youth Education Department L. Sazonova conducted a cycle of training sessions "Psychology of communication" for the first year cadets of Department of secondary specialized education (training groups 211, 214, 215).  

Participants were offered games and exercises to create an atmosphere of unity, to raise their mood, to develop the ability to express their thoughts and their emotional state. They performed exercises such as "Counting to ten", "Listening in different pairs", "Foreigner and interpreter", where participants could learn to understand each other better and improve effective listening skills.

At the end of the training, participants shared positive feelings and emotions and performed the  "Scribbles" Art Therapy.
