On December 15 the Youth Education Department of BSAA organized a meeting of foreign cadets and students of preparatory courses on the subject "Russian as a foreign language" with a representative of Zavodsky district Administration of the Department for Citizenship and Migration, police lieutenant Marina Zhudro.

During the meeting Ms. Zhudro explained the norms of the current legislation and the rules of stay for foreign citizens and stateless persons. She informed foreign citizens about the rules of registration and stay in the Republic of Belarus, responsibility for violation of the terms of registration and temporary residence, procedure of visa opening and prolongation (for foreigners coming from the African continent), registration of documents for holidays.

Special attention was paid to the responsibility of foreign citizens for administrative offences against public order and morality, in particular, for petty hooliganism and drinking alcoholic beverages in public places. There was a discussion about the rules of using the carshare transport. The lieutenant gave an example of various offences and crimes committed by foreign citizens.

Also Marina Zhudro reminded once again about the procedure of foreign citizens work in the Republic of Belarus, about the legal ways of getting employment in our country after graduation.

During the meeting foreigners got possibility to ask questions, thanks to which the interesting and diverse conversation turned out.
