On 17 December, pupils of secondary school No. 10 in Baranovichi had an unusual day: they visited the Belarusian State Academy of Aviation. The pupils had a full and interesting program.
At first in the assembly hall of the main building they learned general information about the unique educational establishment which trains aviation specialists; they also enjoyed creative performances of cadets. The exposition of scientific achievements of the Academy research laboratory and demonstration of unmanned aerial complexes aroused interest of schoolchildren.
An excursion to the Military Faculty of the academy and a visit to the shooting-range were organized for pupils. And at the end of the day there was an intellectual tournament, Aviation Battle, prepared by cadets of the academy. In the team competition students were able to learn a lot of new things from the world of aviation. Memorable prizes awaited the winners.
By the way, the representatives of state educational establishment "Secondary school № 10 of Baranovichi" also presented the academy of aviation a pleasant gift - a sweet cake as a kind of gratitude for the warm and hospitable welcome.
