On December 23 on the eve of the New Year at the Department of Secondary Specialized Education in 211 study group with a curator Elena Dehtyarenko and in 202 study group with a curator Svetlana Stankevich held curatorial hours on "Let's give a magic mood".

There was a creative atmosphere in every group. Cadets made Christmas gifts of paper, cardboard, plasticine, plastic bottles and cups, satin ribbons, Christmas and pine cones, tinsel and other materials. Immediately, original creative ideas came up, and the designs were embodied and realised as vivid three-dimensional images through collaborative teamwork.

The cadets' ability to quickly make connections-associations between the task at hand-made it possible to logically implement the idea of ingenious approaches.

The cadets' creativity, through their mastery of technique and pictorial skills, made it possible to realise an imaginatively generated image and perform various Christmas compositions and create realistic images of Christmas.

New Year's gifts made by the cadets gave a magical mood to the teachers and staff of the Department Secondary Specialized Education.

This event demonstrated the enormous importance of the educational component in the educational process, as it enabled both the discovery and development of thinking skills, manifested in the creative, logical and creative thinking of cadets, which were appreciated at a sufficiently high level. If these types of thinking are not developed, the idea, even the most ingenious one, most often remains at the level of an afterthought.
