On 20 January, Alexei Kubrin, Deputy State Secretary of the Union State, paid a working visit to the Belarusian State Academy of Aviation. An open dialogue was organised with Alexei Kubrin, which was attended by representatives of the Academy's administration, professors and cadets of the Civil Aviation Faculty, the Military Faculty and the Secondary Special Education Department.

During the meeting Alexei Kubrin told about the professional and personal qualities that a manager of any level must have, about the moral and psychological climate in the team and distribution of roles. The Deputy Secretary of State, member of the Standing Committee of the Union State, gave examples from his own life, which made the story more personal and value-laden. The teaching staff and cadets of the academy had the opportunity to ask Alexei Alexandrovich any questions they might have.
