On January 21, 2022, the administration of the Zavodsky district of Minsk held a summing up of the results of the district review-competition for the best dormitory for students and working youth. For the second year, Dormitory No. 1 of the Belarusian State Academy of Aviation has won a prize in this review competition.

The distribution of prizes takes into account many factors. Thus, the members of the jury pay attention to the observance of sanitary norms and rules of residence, the creation of favorable conditions for living, the organization of informational, ideological, educational and preventive work, etc. The work is evaluated comprehensively: the achievements of the whole calendar year are taken into account.

According to the results of 2021, the BSAA dormitory took the honorable second place in the review competition for the best dormitory for students. The head of the hostel Pralich Elena shared her emotions from receiving the award: "It is very nice that our work is so highly appreciated. We try to make the accommodation of the cadets as comfortable as possible, so that the dormitory is a "second home", as many call it."
