*In case of temporary absence on the day of the personal reception of the rector, the person performing his duties shall conduct a personal reception. At temporary absence in day of personal reception of other official conducting personal reception, the rector is obliged to provide timely and proper performance of functions of the temporarily absent person by other official of Academy.

Order of personal reception
Personal reception of citizens, including individual entrepreneurs, and legal entities, their representatives, representatives of legal entities (hereinafter-personal reception) at the Academy is held by the rector and other officials on the established days and hours according to the approved schedule at the address: Minsk, Uborevich str., 77.
Personal reception at the Academy is carried out by appointment by phone 8017 341-66-32, as well as personal appeal to the Academy in the established days and hours of personal reception of citizens in order of priority.
In case of temporary absence on the day of the personal reception of the rector, the person performing his duties shall conduct a personal reception. At temporary absence in day of personal reception of other official conducting personal reception, the rector is obliged to provide timely and proper performance of functions of the temporarily absent person by other official of Academy.
At oral address the applicant is obliged to show the document proving his identity (the representative of the applicant has to show also the document confirming his powers) and to state the essence of the address.
The rector, other officials and employee of the Academy mandated to carry out preliminary record on personal reception, is not entitled to deny the personal reception record for a personal appointment, except:
appeals on issues not within the competence of the Academy;
appeals on unspecified days and hours;
when the applicant in the course of a personal reception has already been given an exhaustive answer to his questions;
when correspondence with the applicant on the questions stated in the address is stopped.
During the personal reception, employees of the relevant structural units of the Academy may be involved to ensure a qualified solution of the questions posed to the applicants.
If the appeal of the applicant can not be resolved directly during the reception, it is stated in writing.
At carrying out personal reception by the decision of the rector technical means (audio - and video recording, cinema - and photographing) about what the applicant should be notified before the beginning of personal reception can be applied.
