History of the Department

«Technical maintenance of aviation and radio-electronic equipment»

In accordance with the order of 16.09.2016 №189 "on optimization of the staff structure" 1.10.2016 were merged Department of technical operation of aviation equipment and technical operation of electronic equipment. Combined structural unit was renamed into the Department of technical operation of aviation and electronic equipment.

The Department of technical maintenance of aviation and radio-electronic equipment was established on September 1, 1999. By the order of the head of the College from 2.09.1999 No. 125/l from September 1, 1999 appointed faculty staff and training and support staff of the Department «Technical maintenance of aviation and radio-electronic equipment»:

In the first years scientists of the Belarusian state University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, the Military Academy of the Republic of Belarus were invited to conduct training sessions in special disciplines. Doctor of technical Sciences, Professor Yurtsev O. A., candidates of technical Sciences, associate professors Bitus A. K., verveiko B. M., Klyuev A. G., Ustimenko V. G., Demidovich G. N. rendered great help in the formation of the Department.

The educational process at the Department was organized and conducted in accordance with the Integrated curriculum, which was developed on the basis of the curriculum of the Educational and methodical Association of BSUIR-MSHAC. All the work on the line of NIRS and technical creativity was aimed at ensuring the educational process. As a result of this work, the basic curriculum for two-stage education, programs, laboratory workshops, guidelines and control tasks, lecture notes were prepared.

In June 2002, the first production of radio engineers for aviation electronic equipment consisting of 26 people was made. Among the graduates Kuzmich P. N. and Popel V. O. received diplomas with honors, and Rigin D. A. with his thesis took 3rd place in the competition of final qualifying works of the Educational and methodical Association of higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation for education in the field of aviation and space technology. In 2003, the Department was renamed the Department of technical operation of electronic equipment. Since April 2003, the Department was headed by candidate of technical Sciences, associate Professor Anatoly G. Klyuev. Under his leadership, the further development and improvement of the educational process and laboratory facilities of the Department took place. Work began on the introduction of computer technology in the educational process.

In 2008, for the first time, the Department recruited two groups in different specializations at the level of higher education on the basis of General secondary education. From September 2008 to April 2013 the Department was headed by Dmitry Belyaev. During this time, the Department has done a lot of work on the preparation of new curricula in accordance with the educational standard of the Republic of Belarus adopted in 2008, on the formation of educational and methodical complexes in accordance with the changed curriculum. The Department has significantly advanced in the direction of computerization of the educational process. The Department has a computer class for 14 jobs, replaced with new two computers in the laboratory Department for the organization of the work of the staff and laboratory assistant, installed multimedia kits (personal computer, LCD TV, speakers) in two Cathedral classrooms, received and other office equipment. These circumstances allow teachers to conduct classes at a high methodological level with the use of modern educational technologies.

Since April 2013, the Department is headed by master of pedagogical Sciences Ignatovich Sergey Evgenievich. Transition to training according to educational standards of the third generation was carried out. Modern laboratory stands and computer equipment were purchased. The laboratory base created at the Department optimally combines the traditional laboratory workshop on radio electronics with new achievements in the methodology of teaching disciplines. The new laboratory training base and its high degree of computerization were the basis for significant improvement of the educational process. At the Department new active methods of training of cadets on the basis of modern computer technologies of education were developed and introduced into practice of educational work. Currently, this activity of the Department continues.

Employees of the Department actively interact with aviation enterprises of the Republic of Belarus. The Department also includes a branch of the Department in RUE "Minsk aircraft repair plant".

Since its Foundation, the Department has produced more than 500 engineers. July 22, 1998. On the basis of the order of the chief of the Minsk state higher flight technical College (MGVLTC) N. A. Sidorovich No. 218 in execution of the order of the Chairman of the State Committee on aviation of Republic of Belarus of 9.07.98 No. 82 and the permission of the Ministry of education of Republic of Belarus of 8.07.98 No. 25-04 / 588 "on training in the Minsk state higher flight technical College of electrical engineers on specialization T060111 "Technical maintenance of aviation devices, systems and complexes", the implementation of the concept of multi-level continuous training of aviation specialists with higher education, in accordance with the Regulations on the Department of higher education (order of the Minister of education of the Republic of Belarus of April 24, 1994. No. 79) and on the basis of the decision of the College Council (Protocol No. 28 of 29.06.1998), the Department of "Technical maintenance of aviation equipment (TEAO)" was established, headed by candidate of technical Sciences, associate Professor Alexander Laptsevich. Educational and material base consisted of four laboratories, teaching, three laboratory and the office of the head of the Department. The Department includes: cycle Commission "Aviation systems and electrical equipment" (Chairman of the C/C-V. V. Chigir) and "Computer technology" (Chairman of the C / C – A. D. Baranovich) with specialized laboratories and classes.

September 1, 1998 the Beginning of training of aviation specialists with higher education in the specialty T060100 "Instrument" in the student group P1 on the working curriculum of 28.05.98 (curator of the group-associate Professor A. G. Rebrei).

April 10, 1999 On the basis of the Treaty of 25.02.2000, № 351-84 between МГВЛТК and the state enterprise "Minsk aircraft repair plant" in Order HCA from 1.03.2000, No. 32 organized at the state enterprise "Minsk aircraft repair plant" branch of the Department "Technical exploitation of aircraft equipment" (the order # 2-141). The head of the branch of the Department was appointed Kosman Mikhail Karpovich, head of the Bureau of repair and installation of electrical equipment of СГТ.

September 1, 2000 Recruitment and training of cadets of the first level of education is carried out according to the Basic curriculum of 20.06.2000 for The first time in the College began training of specialists of the first level of education specialization T060502 " Technical operation of lighting systems for flights and electrical equipment of airports." Created for this purpose, the cyclic Commission "power Supply and lighting support of airport flights" (Chairman of the C/C Yu. p. Shevelev) became part of the Department. Training of aviation specialists with higher education is carried out in three student groups P1, P2 and P3.

November 1, 2000 in connection with the appointment of A. A. Laptsevich to the post of Deputy head of the College for industrial training, the Department was headed by Vasily Sinyavsky (order Of the head of the College from 3.11.2000 №150 / l).

On April 9, 2001 on the basis of the order of the State Committee on aviation of the Republic of Belarus No. 62 of 9.04.2001 Minsk state higher flight technical College was renamed into Minsk state higher aviation College (MSHAC).

On June 27-28, 2001 the first graduation of students of educational group P1 (curator – associate Professor of the Department A. G. Rebrei) in the number of 23 people Took place. Diplomas with honors were awarded to graduates: V. L. Zhitkevich, A. M. Zhukov, A. V. Kuzmich.

September 1, 2001. At the Department for the first time began training aviation specialists with higher education specialty T060100 "Instrumentation", specialization T060111 "Technical maintenance of aircraft instruments, systems and complexes" by correspondence.

On may 21 and 25, 2002, the College hosted the I-th scientific and technical conference of cadets and students. At the Department there was a section "Technical maintenance of aviation devices, systems and complexes", where 12 student reports were heard and discussed. The best of them were recommended for participation in the Republican review-competition of NIRS of higher educational institutions, according to the results of which the Diploma of the 1st degree was received by students: Asinsky V. R. and Zhukov D. V. (supervisor-head of the Department of General technical disciplines, Ph. D., associate Professor A. I. Kirilenko), for the work " energy-Efficient remote controlled aircraft fire on LEDs." Diploma of the 3rd degree-student Vlaskin M. S. for the work "Environmental problems of lighting".

On June 25 - 26, 2002 the second graduation of students of educational group P2 (the curator – the associate Professor Of Department N. V. ulasen) in number of 24 people Took place. June 2003 according to the results of the competition NIRS of the Republic of Belarus, the diploma of the third degree was awarded to the student of group P3 Minin D. P. for the work "Ways to improve the electromagnetic compatibility of aircraft electrical equipment".

June 26, 2003. Held the third graduation of students of the study group P3, in the number of 22 people. The Graduates Of Vintizenko V. N., Kavetsky L. Z., Minin, D. P., Sablina, A. Yu., diploma with honors.

September 1, 2003. the Beginning of training of aviation specialists with higher education specialty 1-370402-01 " Technical operation of aviation equipment (instrumentation and lighting equipment)", specialization 1-370402-0102 " lighting systems and electrical equipment of airports."

On June 24, 2004 the fourth graduation of students of educational group P1 in number of 18 people Took place. Graduates: Veremiev V. P., Top, S. I. Kovalev and V. V. issued diplomas with honors.

On September 2, 2004 in connection with change of structure of College By the order of GCAP No. 344 the chair is renamed in chair "Technical operation of the instrument and lighting equipment" (TEP and SO). The structure of the Department included the cyclic Commission "power Supply and lighting support of airport flights" (Chairman of the C/C-Yu. p. Shevelev)

On 16-17 December 2004 In Minsk was held an interdepartmental scientific and practical conference of the Ministry of defence of the Republic of Belarus and the State Committee on aircraft of the Republic of Belarus "unified education system for training of aviation professionals in the Republic of Belarus", which discussed the question on necessity of creation of a single aviation University in the Republic of Belarus on preparation of aviation specialists for the state and civil aviation. It first raised the question of the division of the Department.

February 21-23, 2005.the first release of students of groups ZPV015 and zpv018 correspondence courses, in the number of 33 people. This was the fifth graduation of students in the Department.

On June 22-23, 2005 the sixth graduation of students of educational group P2 in number of 27 people and the part-time student of gr Took place. ZPV018. The graduate Edidovich V. E. issued a diploma with honors.

September 21, 2005 With the aim of further improving the organization of educational process, improvement of quality of training of aviation specialists at the Department "Technical operation of the instrument and lighting equipment" and the decision of the Board IN 08.09.2005, No. 19, acting Head of the College Laptsevich A. A. signed the order №407 of division of the Department into two with the names: the Department "Technical maintenance of aircraft equipment" (TEA) and the Department "General Technical disciplines" (OTD). The Department of TAO was headed by candidate of technical Sciences, associate Professor Sergey Sizikov, Department of OTD-Vasily Sinyavsky.
