Department of technical operation of aircraft and engines


General information

In January 1991, the Belarusian civil aviation administration decided to open a new specialty "Technical operation of aircraft and engines"on the basis of the Minsk aviation technical school.

September 1, 1992 began classes with cadets in the specialty, the first teachers were Sidunov A. I. and Efremov S. N.

In a consequence (since 01.09.1997) the Department "Technical operation and repair of aircraft equipment" which was headed by the candidate of technical Sciences bish Vladimir Nikolaevich was organized, the first set of technicians-mechanics on the highest level of education was carried out. The first full-time mechanical engineers graduated in 2000 and part-time in 2005. Over the past years, more than 500 engineers have been trained for civil aviation of the Republic of Belarus, CIS countries and abroad.

In 2001, the Department was transformed with the name "Technical operation of aircraft and engines", it was headed by associate Professor Ripinsky Anton Ivanovich.

From 2010 to 2016 the Department was headed by Beresnevich Eduard Kazimirovich

From 2016 to 2017 the head of the Department was Valery Stepanenko, associate Professor, candidate of technical Sciences.

From September 2017 to the present time the work of the Department is headed by Elena A. shaporova, candidate of chemical Sciences.

EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM OF THE DEPARTMENT

Organization and implementation of training of specialists of full-time and correspondence forms of training of the I stage of higher education in the specialty:

Organization and implementation of training of full-time specialists of the I stage of higher education in the specialty: 1-37 04 03 "Unmanned aerial systems (in areas)" specialty directions 1-37 04 03-02 " Unmanned aerial systems (civil aviation)", specialization: 1-37 04 03-02 01 "Technical operation of unmanned aerial systems".

Qualification: engineer-specialist in management

Organization and implementation of training of full-time and part-time forms of education of the II stage of higher education in the specialty: 1-37 80-01 " Transport»

Qualification: master

In September-October 2016, a branch of the Department was established at plant No. 407. Cadets 4 and 5 courses listen to lectures on the production and repair of aircraft and engines, in the technological areas of the plant, learn the real technological operations.

In 2017, a branch of the Department was established at the SE "NPC of multifunctional unmanned systems" of the NAS of Belarus. With cadets of 1 and 2 courses of specialty 1-37 04 03 Technical operation of unmanned aerial systems, practical classes on the discipline "Introduction to the specialty", training and production practices are conducted, during which they study the design of unmanned aerial vehicles and real technological operations for their creation, operation and repair.

RESEARCH WORK OF THE DEPARTMENT

Since 2016, the Department conducted research on the definition of norms of consumption of aviation fuel by aircraft of the Republic of Belarus. The plan of the forthcoming scientific developments is created.

The research work "Improvement of the system of provision of civil aviation of the Republic of Belarus with aviation fuels and lubricants and special fluids" No. GR 20171394 of 31.07.17 was carried out.

In the course of work conducted analytical review of the reference document define the procedure for quality control including Arctic marks at all stages from delivery to use in the sun HA. The basic principles of aviation fuel supply, internationally accepted, analyzed regulatory documents for the production and use of fuel, effective in the Republic of Belarus. It is shown that at the moment in the Republic of Belarus there is a normative documentation developed in the Russian Federation and/or in the USSR.

Based on the analysis of the current NTD in the Republic of Belarus and adopted in international practice, the Draft Aviation rules "Provision of civil aviation with fuel and lubricants and special liquids"were developed.

The results of the work are introduced into the educational process during classes on the discipline "Fuel and lubricants", "Introduction to the specialty", "Design and maintenance of aircraft engines", " Design and maintenance of aircraft»,

Currently, the teaching staff of the Department conducts research in the framework of research "Improving the technology of unmanned aerial vehicles" №GR 20180927, which is planned and consistently implemented the following works:

- study of aerodynamic schemes of UAVs,

- development of the layout and power scheme of the wing, fuselage and tail,

- preparation of the algorithm and methods of calculation of the main power elements of the airframe,

- development of recommendations for the use of composite materials and honeycomb structures,

- the choice of material that ensures the invisibility of the UAV in flight, the study of the reliability of the UAV coating with this material, determining its strength and other properties,

- increasing the payload of the UAV,

- increasing the range of the UAV,

- ensuring the return of the UAV to the base,

- increasing the efficiency of the UAV driving power system,

- scientific search and justification of the possibility of feeding the UAV power system while it is outside the base,

- organization of the test UAV,

- the development of procedures for flight planning,

- evaluation of the economic efficiency of UAV operation,

- other problems arising in the overall process of improving the UAV.

The results of the 1 and 2 stages of the work are implemented in the educational process during the lessons on the discipline "Aeromechanics".

In 2018 carried out a research "the Study of problems of medical support of aviation personnel of civil aviation of the Republic of Belarus" № ГР20181641 from 21.09.2018 G., whose main task was the development of the draft aviation regulations of the Republic of Belarus establishing requirements to health of aviation personnel and medical equipment of civil aviation of the Republic of Belarus in compliance with the international practices.

He has more than 25 publications in scientific journals. Directions of scientific activity: perspective photovoltaic materials; composite materials, their application in the manufacture of products for aviation.

Professor of the Department, candidate of technical Sciences, associate Professor.

He graduated from Kharkiv aviation Institute in 1967, defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of technical Sciences at the Institute of nuclear energy of the Academy of Sciences of the BSSR. Since 2014 he has been working at the Belarusian state Academy of aviation, teaching the disciplines "Mechanics of materials", "Resistance of materials", "Reliability and diagnostics of aviation equipment", "Operational reliability and maintenance modes of aircraft and aircraft engines". Directions of scientific activity: technologies of production of perspective photovoltaic materials. He is the scientific Director of the initiative research work of the Department " Improving the technology of unmanned aerial vehicles»

KULIKOV Ivan Semyonovich

Professor of the Department, candidate of technical Sciences, doctor of physical and mathematical Sciences, Professor.

Graduated from Kazan state University, faculty of mechanics and mathematics.  Since 2018, he has been teaching the following disciplines at the Belarusian state aviation Academy: "Aerodynamics and flight dynamics", "Design and strength of aircraft engines". Research interests: stress-strain state and strength of structures under mechanical, thermal and radiation loads, modern methods of material processing.

PUCHKOV Nikolai Ivanovich

Senior lecturer

In 1978 he graduated from the air force engineering Academy named after Professor Zhukovsky, has a teaching experience of more than 15 years. He is the author (co-author) of a number of educational and methodological developments in the theory of aircraft engines, engine control automation. Conducts research work with cadets.

Associate Professor

He graduated from the Minsk state higher aviation College with a degree in Technical operation of aircraft and engines in 2000. He worked as a representative of the Tupolev design Bureau, in the RUE "Scientific and practical center" Multifunctional unmanned aerial systems " of the NAS of Belarus. He has been teaching at the Belarusian state aviation Academy since 2017. Teaches disciplines "Aeromechanics", "flight Dynamics", "Design and strength of aircraft". He is engaged in improving his professional level, studying in graduate school. He is the responsible executor of the initiative research work of the Department "Improvement of technology of creation of unmanned aerial vehicles".

GONCHAROV Igor Mikhailovich

Senior lecturer

He graduated in 1981 from Daugavpils higher military aviation engineering school with a degree in "Manned aircraft and engines" served in various positions in the engineering and aviation service of the air force and air defense units. Has practical experience of direct technical operation of aircraft of various types. Currently he works as a senior lecturer at the Department of technical operation of aircraft and engines of the Belarusian state Academy of aviation. He has a teaching experience of 12 years. Teaches disciplines of a special cycle "Aircraft and aircraft engines", "Aircraft and engines", "Technological processes of maintenance of aircraft and engines", "Management of technical processes of maintenance of aircraft and engines", " Preservation of airworthiness.

In 1976 he graduated from the Kiev Institute of civil aviation engineers with a degree in Technical operation of aircraft and engines. For a long time he worked in JSC "Airline " Belavia".
