On December 8 an open dialogue took place between the cadets and Director of the Department of Aviation of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus Artem Igorevich Sikorski. The cadets had a unique opportunity to ask questions about the training of aviation specialists, on the prospects of development of civil aviation in the Republic of Belarus and get detailed answers.
Artem Igorevich disclosed the topics from different sides: for example, he gave examples from his personal experience in aviation, which certainly caused great interest among the cadets.
Issues related to the recruitment after graduation, internship, student exchange system were discussed. Director of the Department of Aviation also reminded the cadets of the responsibility, which is directly related with their chosen profession. As Artem Igorevich noted, "there are no trifles in aviation".
The meeting was held in an atmosphere of mutual interest, and the cadets gained a lot of benefit and motivation.
