From 16 to 18 December at the Faculty of Civil Aviation was held a cycle of curatorial hours "Golden rules of a successful exam period" for the first year cadets with the participation of their tutors - T.S. Boyko (У120), O.S. Poletaeva (M120), E.A. Shaporova (Б120). The cycle was conducted by the teacher-psychologist Larisa Sazonova.

An exam period is not an easy time even for the most diligent cadets. After all, there are situations when the material that you have learned pops out of your head when you see examination tickets. What to do if anxiety and fear break your concentration? How can you succeed with the least amount of excitement? On these and many other questions the cadets tried to find the answer.

The guys took an active part in the conversation, shared their experience of how they prepared to exams at school. Tutors provided cadets with the answers to all worrying them organizational questions.

Also for the cadets of the Faculty was developed the program "Formula of success", including recommendations in preparation to the exam period and relaxation exercises. In conclusion with the help of meditation cadets fulfilled one of the psychological exercises "Rainbow".  

Of course, the first exam period of a freshman is an important and challenging experience. Therefore there can be stress, fear of something new, not yet experienced. But you need to remember two things: firstly, you are not the first, you are not the last, and secondly, the mark you get on the exam is only conditionality. There is more than one session ahead, where everything can change.

The main thing is not to stop, not to relax, not to give up and confidently pursue the goal.
