On January 5, 2021 the representatives of the Academy of Aviation had a working meeting with Deputy Head of the Commonwealth of Independent States Anti-Terrorism Center on the issues of training unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) operators.

       The working meeting was attended by:

Maria ZAVALEY, Director of the Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining;

Anna ZHUKOVA, Vice-Rector for Scientific Work;

Igor YATSKEVICH., Vice-Rector for Educational Work;

Pavel TIKHONOV, Deputy Head of the Commonwealth of Independent States Anti-Terrorism Center;

Sergey DUDKO, consultant of the Advisory department of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Belarus.

       Within the framework of the working meeting the representatives of the Academy of Aviation told about the model of training UAV operator in the Republic of Belarus, shared the existing experience of training UAV operators, and presented the existing material and technical base for training operators.

       As a result of the meeting the main directions for further cooperation were identified, including in the field of scientific research, priority activities for the organization of training were formulated.
