On August 31 rector of the Academy Artem A. Shegidevich met with young specialists and their assigned mentors and department heads.

The mentoring system is implemented in the Academy for the first time. It is expected that due to the system the adaptation process of young specialists will be completed within the optimal period. Experienced employees will help reveal the potential of "yesterday's graduates" and contribute to their personal and professional development.

At the meeting Artem A. Shegidevich said parting words for the young professionals, dwelled on some of the details of work, and answered the questions that concern the specialists.
