On 23 November 2021, Launch of the "Minsk Shift - 2021" project was inaugurated at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus.

It is a unique project that brings together young leaders, engaging the most active part of society in addressing socio-economic issues of life in the capital city. Forty-seven students from different higher education establishments of Minsk have been selected to participate in it. Cadets Ulyana Grinevich and Yulia Glukhova represent the Belarusian State Academy of Aviation in the project.

On November 23 and 24 they held trainings, lectures, dialogue platforms, seminars and consultations. Profile shifts in camps and round tables with representatives of city authorities will also be organised. As a result of the project, young people will develop their innovative projects in the main areas of life in Minsk.
